Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website tetlowgolfperformancelab.com (the "Website") or engaging any coaching, custom fitting, or related services (the "Services") provided by Tetlow Golf Performance Lab ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Website or booking any Service, you ("you," "the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Us
Tetlow Golf Performance Lab provides golf performance coaching, biomechanics and strength & conditioning guidance, and online coaching, delivered by a coach operating in Singapore. Certain coaching and club custom-fitting services are delivered in the coach's capacity as an instructor and fitter engaged by MST Golf, MST City Square Mall, Singapore 208538. Services booked through this Website are offered independently of, and are not a representation on behalf of, MST Golf unless expressly stated at the time of booking.
2. Services
2.1 We offer, among other things:
In-person golf performance coaching and swing analysis
Online coaching, including remote video review, training plans, and progress tracking
Golf club custom fitting
2.2 Coaching and fitting advice is provided on a good-faith, best-effort basis using the coach's professional judgment, available data, and equipment on hand. We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes, scoring improvements, or equipment results, as these depend on factors outside our control, including the Client's practice, physical condition, and effort.
2.3 Online coaching relies on footage, data, and information supplied by the Client. We are not responsible for advice that is inaccurate due to incomplete, poor-quality, or misleading footage or information provided by the Client.
3. Bookings, Fees & Payment
3.1 Session and fitting fees will be communicated at the time of booking or as published on the Website.
3.2 Full or partial payment may be required in advance to confirm a booking, as specified at the time of booking.
3.3 We reserve the right to amend pricing for future bookings at any time; changes will not affect sessions already confirmed and paid for.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
4.1 Clients should provide as much notice as possible to cancel or reschedule a session.
4.2 Late cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the session, at our discretion, particularly where notice is not given within a reasonable period before the scheduled session.
4.3 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances (including venue, weather, equipment, or coach availability issues) and will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative time or a refund where appropriate.
5. Client Responsibilities & Assumption of Risk
5.1 Golf, physical training, and related activities carry an inherent risk of injury. By participating in any Service, you confirm that you are physically fit to do so, or have sought appropriate medical advice, and you participate at your own risk.
5.2 You are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect your participation in coaching or fitness-related activities.
5.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in coaching, training, or fitting sessions, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Singapore law (for example, in cases of negligence causing death or personal injury).
6. Use of the Website
6.1 You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and not in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Website or interfere with others' use of it.
6.2 All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Tetlow Golf Performance Lab and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
7. Data Collection & Marketing
7.1 We collect personal data you provide through the Website (such as your name, email address, phone number, and any information submitted through contact or booking forms), as well as data generated through coaching sessions (such as swing metrics, video footage, and performance data).
